Casualty & Emergency
Trauma care, ATLS protocol, medical and surgical emergencies, triage. Dedicated entrance on NH-60 side.
Medical ICU
10-bed unit with ventilator support, cardiac monitoring, step-down care for critically ill medical patients.
Surgical ICU
Post-operative monitoring, haemodynamic support, anaesthesia follow-up for major surgical cases.
NICU
Neonatal resuscitation, phototherapy, assisted ventilation, care for pre-term and low birth-weight neonates.
HDU (High Dependency Unit)
Step-down facility between ICU and general ward; continuous monitoring, nurse-to-patient ratio 1:4.
Burns Unit
Dedicated burn care: wound dressing, grafting, infection control, nutritional support and rehabilitation.

Swasthya Sathi Scheme
RPHGMCH is an empanelled hospital under the Swasthya Sathi health insurance scheme of the Government of West Bengal. Eligible families receive free, cashless treatment for listed procedures up to ₹5 lakh per family per year.

OPD Registration & Charges
Registration Timings
OPD registration counter opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 12:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Tokens are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Late arrivals may not be accommodated in the same session.
Documents Required
- Aadhaar Card or Voter ID (any government-issued photo ID)
- Swasthya Sathi Smart Card (if applicable)
- Previous medical records / prescriptions (if follow-up)
- Referral letter from PHC / CHC (for referred patients)
Service Charges
Free of charge: BPL cardholders, Swasthya Sathi beneficiaries, SC/ST patients, emergency cases.
A nominal registration fee is applicable for other patients as per government schedule. Laboratory and radiology investigations are subsidised. No private billing for inpatient care.
